Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join our Responsive Repairs team. The successful candidate must be a qualified Carpenter with proven experience working in occupied properties and delivering high levels of customer service. Responsive repairs experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities & Experience Required
- Bathroom and kitchen repairs, installations, and maintenance within occupied homes
- Wall and floor tiling to a good standard
- Vinyl floor laying to a good standard
- Delivering excellent customer service and working respectfully in residents' homes
- Working to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and completing repairs within set timeframes
- Flexibility to respond to changing schedules or urgent repair needs
