Duties: General administration, data entry, and filing. Upload documents and maintain accurate internal records. Answer telephone and email enquiries. Track vehicle movements and update internal systems. Liaise with site teams regarding incoming and rejected vehicles. Produce daily reports and monitor vehicle progress. Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure vehicles are ready for collection. Handle customer repair returns and general enquiries. Requirements: Previous administration experience is essential. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
