We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to support the Supervisor in managing daily warehouse operations, leading a team and ensuring excellent customer service, productivity and safety standards. Support the Supervisor and cover their duties when required. Lead, motivate and organise warehouse staff to achieve daily targets. Monitor team productivity, accuracy and performance against customer KPIs. Oversee goods-in, put-away, picking, packing, labelling and despatch. Maintain accurate stock records and ensure operational tasks are completed on time. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and safe MHE operation. Carry out regular housekeeping checks and ensure equipment is inspected before use. Support staff development and encourage continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with managers, colleagues and customers. Ensure compliance with company procedures, legislation and quality standards.
Previous warehouse operations experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Good attention to detail and numeracy skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. A proactive, reliable and professional approach. Strong commitment to Health & Safety and customer service.

- Shift: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:30
- Paid Hours: 8 hours per day
