Are you experienced in stock control and inventory management? We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Stock Control Operative to join our team in MK42 6EA. Conduct stock checks, PI counts and regular stocktakes Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies Maintain accurate stock records and stock integrity Work closely with warehouse teams and customers Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) Support warehouse operations and meet customer KPIs Follow health and safety procedures and quality standards
Minimum 12 months of stock control or inventory experience Experience with stock audits, cycle counts and stock investigations Good IT skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Scissor Lift experience preferred; training will be provided

- 15-minute paid break
- Expected hours: 40.0 per week
