The General Affairs Administrator is required to carry out duties to members of senior management and a range of administrative and clerical duties in the main office and H&S compliance admin. Must be able to work without supervision to complete tasks and achieve a consistently high standard. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8 AM-4.30 PM Pay Rate: £23K – £24.5K Key Responsibilities: Stationary & consumables ordering and inventory management. Updating central compliance folders with up to date H&S certs. Organising waste collections. Answer incoming calls and other receptionist duties when needed. Scheduling meetings and appointments.
