We are always looking for energetic cargobike riders to join our Central London, final-mile, zero-emissions Cargo Bike Courier Service team. Experience is desirable but not essential. For our cargobike riders, commitment, customer focus, reliability, and professionalism are key attributes of this team. We are committed to providing the best solution for our clients; our cargobikes allow our riders to have a little fun while delivering a fast, flexible service with minimum environmental impact.
Responsibilities:
- Collect parcels and other consignments from clients or hubs for delivery to customers across central London.
- Ride one of our electrically assisted cargo bikes, from two-wheeled Urban Arrow to four-wheeled EAV.
- Support continual testing of new cargobike product innovations to meet London operating demands.
Location: London Central Hub on Guilford Street WC1.
Requirements:
- Living in or near London with ready access to one of our Holborn eco-hubs.
- Experience is desirable but not essential; you must be fit, healthy, and enjoy working outside in all weathers.
- Good understanding of customer service, reliability, and careful handling of consignments and packages.
