  • Based Surbiton

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and alternative Saturdays 9 am to 4 pm (with day off in lieu in week working on a Saturday)

Car owner / driver preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the sales process of residential properties, from initial contact with potential buyers to the completion of the sale.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident and highly motivated with the ability to thrive in fast paced environment.
  • Passionate about property or (for a trainee) keen to learn and gain property knowledge and skills.
  • 100% reliable.
  • A positive, “can do” flexible approach.
  • IT savvy – proficient in MS Office and database systems.
  • Full driving licence essential. Own transport desirable.
  • Local knowledge of the Surbiton area will be a distinct advantage but not essential.
  • Candidates must live within an easily commutable distance from Surbiton.
