Fantastic opportunity for a graduate Marketing Assistant to work for a prestigious independent school based in Southwest London.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Marketing Assistant will help lead the implementation of effective marketing, communications (internal and external), customer relationship and engagement strategies for the school across all the school’s online and offline communication channels, brand and print materials, event management and content creation.
- The role focus will be internal communications and the school’s presence on all Social Media platforms.
Person Specification:
- Possess a warm, engaging personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- You will be a good ‘all-rounder’ with sound marketing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills – Comfortable using social media management tools, CMS platforms, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in social media management, digital content, or internal communications
- Good interpersonal skills to build relationships with parents, pupils and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Solutions focused with lots of initiative
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines while remaining calm under pressure
- Pro-active, able to make suggestions for improvement and change
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
