Administrator/PA
3–4-month fixed term contract leading to a permanent role
Full time office-based role
Hours: 8am – 5pm
Term time plus extra weeks (flexibility required) / full time

Our client, a prestigious education institution in the west surrey area is currently looking for an administrator to join them on FTC basis
Key Responsibilities
- This role would suit a candidate who enjoys variety and is familiar with working within a prestigious independent school.
- The purpose of the role is to provide administrative secretarial support across departments and to provide some PA support to the Head and for members of the school leadership team as and when required. This may also include some holiday cover for individual members of the leadership team as and when required. This will include taking minutes of meetings.
- To provide support to the Head and provide administrative support across the following areas: Governance, Compliance, HR, Attendance and Admissions.

- Strong organisational skills, able to multitask, meet deadlines and plan/prepare ahead

- Substantial administrative experience, including diary management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate well to a diverse range of people
