  • ToprovidesupporttoAccountManagerinmaintaininganddevelopingexistingclientrelationshipsthroughproactivemanagement
  • Toactasthemaindaytodaypointofcontactforallclients;toproduceclientdocumentationwithindefinedtime-scales
  • Producenewvehicleorders
  • Progressordersadvisingclientsofanychange
  • Generateandissuenewvehiclecontractsandmonitorreturn
  • Arrangenewvehicledeliveries/vehiclecollections
  • Arrangevehiclere-allocationswhererequired
  • Tohandleandsolveallclientanddriverqueriesinapromptandprofessionalmanner,seekingguidancefromtheAccountManagerand/orotherdepartmentswherenecessary
  • Tomanageand/orgeneratemonthlycustomerinvoicingandrecharges
