The Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Digital Performance Marketing Executive – someone who lives inside Ads Manager, understands data instinctively, and takes pride in optimisation. This is a delivery‑first role. You won’t be leading client relationships – you’ll be building, managing and improving campaigns that deliver real‑world outcomes. You’ll work closely with our senior team to execute paid media campaigns across healthcare and clinical research accounts, ensuring performance, efficiency and accuracy at every stage. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and launch campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
  • Implement and monitor conversion tracking
  • Optimise daily against CPL/CPA and performance targets
  • Conduct A/B testing across creative, audiences and funnels
  • Monitor budget pacing and efficiency
  • Analyse campaign data and identify performance improvements
  • Produce clear internal performance summaries
  • Support landing page and funnel optimisation
  • Manage campaign setup within WordPress and email platforms where required

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years’ hands‑on paid media experience (agency preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking and performance metrics
  • Experience managing meaningful media budgets
