Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate platforms and systems within a Fashion Retail & eCommerce environment, including MuleSoft.
- Translate business problems and user needs into detailed, best practice-aligned requirements.
- Model processes to identify potential improvements, considering risks, issues, and benefits.
- Conduct client workshops, project meetings, and working groups.
- Perform field mapping exercises for target to source systems.
- Support multiple applications/projects, focusing on technology-related initiatives.
- Participate in the analysis and design of business processes, training development, and deployment planning.
- Present and evaluate end-user capabilities and conduct competitive analysis.
- Interact with end-user team members to complete project activities and deliverables.

Experience:
