Technical Business Analyst

Role Description: As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in integrating platforms and systems within a Fashion Retail and eCommerce environment, focusing on technologies such as MuleSoft. This role requires translating business problems and user needs into detailed requirements that align with best practice methodologies. The analyst will model processes to identify potential improvements, considering risks, issues, and benefits. They will also conduct client workshops, project meetings, and working groups, ensuring successful alignment of technical solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

•Integrate platforms and systems within a Fashion Retail & eCommerce environment, including MuleSoft.

•Translate business problems and user needs into detailed, best practice-aligned requirements.

•Model processes to identify potential improvements, considering risks, issues, and benefits.

•Conduct client workshops, project meetings, and working groups.

•Perform field mapping exercises for target to source systems.

•Support multiple applications/projects, focusing on technology-related initiatives.

•Participate in the analysis and design of business processes, training development, and deployment planning.

•Present and evaluate end-user capabilities and conduct competitive analysis.

•Interact with end-user team members to complete project activities and deliverables.

•Conduct complex studies on automation techniques across functional areas.

Experience:

•Solid experience with POS systems is a must.

•Experience in Agile methodologies for software projects.

•Proven experience in implementing technological solutions to support business objectives.

•Strong project management experience.

•Understanding of standard IT practices.

•Ability to manage high-volume workloads with tight deadlines effectively.
