We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant with deep expertise in translating complex business requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, solution design capabilities, and the ability to drive end-to-end functional delivery. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Loyalty Management will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops with senior business stakeholders to define business processes and solution roadmap.
- Own end-to-end functional solutioning across Salesforce platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
- Translate complex requirements into detailed functional designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and optimal use of the platform.
- Collaborate closely with architects and technical teams to ensure scalable and high-quality implementations.
- Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery in Agile environments.
- Lead UAT cycles, stakeholder sign-offs, and ensure smooth go-live and adoption.
- Mentor junior consultants and act as a functional lead across projects.
- Ensure governance, data integrity, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in Salesforce functional consulting or business analysis.
- Strong expertise across Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Proven experience in leading solution design and client-facing engagements.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and transformation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, insights).
- Exposure to Salesforce Loyalty Management / Loyalty Cloud and customer engagement programs.
