Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will define technical architecture, translate complex business requirements into scalable designs, and guide cross‑functional teams through the full project lifecycle. You will partner closely with stakeholders to deliver secure, high‑performance solutions that maximise business value.

Ideal Fit If You

• Have a strong track record in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Hold deep expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).
• Understand CRM processes and can tailor Salesforce capabilities to diverse business needs.
• Excel at turning complex business and technical requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
• Are experienced in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce innovations and love continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and long‑term strategy.
• Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce project delivery – from requirements and design to development and deployment.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture and refine requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in design and coding.
• Optimise solutions for performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Conduct technical reviews, assessments, and quality checks to ensure architectural consistency.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to enhance solution quality.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on CRM adoption and maximising the value of their Salesforce investment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications preferred:
• CTA (Certified Technical Architect)
• Application Architect
• System Architect
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and their implementation within Salesforce.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience

• Extensive experience working as a Salesforce Architect with hands‑on delivery of large, complex Salesforce projects.
• Background working with multi‑org environments and enterprise‑level implementations.
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third‑party tools.
