We’re hiring a Marketing Leader to lead our global marketing strategy, amplify our brand in new and existing markets, and build a demand generation engine that drives business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a blend of strategic vision, strong execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in B2B marketing for consulting and technology firms and knows how to translate marketing into measurable business impact. You will work closely with executive leadership, sales, delivery, and external partners to align marketing initiatives with company goals. This role is a key contributor to our expansion strategy in the global market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve AbsoluteLabs’ global marketing strategy, aligning it with business growth objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive demand and accelerate pipeline.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including specialists in digital, content, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop and own the brand narrative, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to refine go-to-market strategy, improve lead quality, and shorten sales cycles.
  • Oversee content strategy, from thought leadership and case studies to social media and website content.
  • Use analytics to inform decisions, optimize performance, and report ROI on marketing investments.
  • Expand presence in the global market, tailoring campaigns to regional nuances and identifying opportunities for awareness and engagement.
  • Guide market research and competitive analysis to shape positioning and uncover whitespace opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep experience in marketing for technology, consulting, or B2B services sectors.
  • Proven ability to grow brand awareness and generate leads in new and competitive markets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and mentoring diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of marketing metrics, funnel performance, and digital platforms.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
