Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner with deep, hands-on Salesforce Core experience to work closely with clients and internal teams on complex Salesforce programmes. This is a pure Business Analyst / Product Owner role, focused on discovery, requirements, backlog ownership, and solution definition. It is not a delivery leadership, people management, or project management role. Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, core platform capabilities) is a mandatory requirement and must be a central part of your recent experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on discovery activities, including workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions
- Capture, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyse AS-IS processes and define TO-BE Salesforce-driven solutions
- Own and maintain the product backlog, working closely with architects and delivery teams
- Act as the primary functional owner for Salesforce Core requirements
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT from a BA / PO perspective
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business intent
- Validate solutions against requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
- Strong, hands-on Salesforce Core experience (mandatory)
- Proven background in Salesforce implementations and enhancements
- Deep experience with requirements gathering, user stories, backlog management, AS-IS / TO-BE
- Experience in customer-centric domains (e.g. retail, consumer, hospitality, services)
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to integrations, data, or CRM-adjacent platforms
- Experience supporting UAT and change adoption
- Business Solution Consultancy (Secondary)
- Occasional involvement in advisory discussions or early-stage solution shaping
