We are looking for an experienced Retail POS Consultant with PredictSpring expertise to support pre-sales activities initially, with the opportunity to transition into full implementation and delivery once the project is secured. This is a critical role requiring both functional retail knowledge and technical understanding of POS platforms, particularly within modern cloud-based retail ecosystems.
Pre-Sales Support (Initial Phase)- Work closely with the sales and solution teams to support client discussions and opportunities
- Provide subject matter expertise on PredictSpring POS and retail store systems
- Lead or support end-to-end POS implementation projects
- Design POS workflows (checkout, promotions, payments, inventory, omnichannel flows)
- Configure and support PredictSpring POS solution deployment
- Work on integrations with ERP, OMS, CRM, payment systems, and eCommerce platforms
- Support UAT, training, and go-live activities
Strong experience in Retail POS systems (PredictSpring preferred). Proven track record in pre-sales support and client-facing consulting. Experience with store operations, POS workflows, and retail processes. Knowledge of omnichannel retail (click & collect, endless aisle, ship-from-store). Experience with system integrations (API, middleware, ERP/CRM/OMS).
