Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Retail POS Consultant with PredictSpring expertise to support pre‑sales activities initially, with the opportunity to transition into full implementation and delivery once the project is secured. This is a critical role requiring both functional retail knowledge and technical understanding of POS platforms, particularly within modern cloud‑based retail ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales and solution teams to support client discussions and opportunities
- Provide subject matter expertise on PredictSpring POS and retail store systems
- Assist in solutioning, demos, and proposal development
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and effort estimation
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and pain points
Implementation & Delivery (Post‑Sales Phase)
- Lead or support end‑to‑end POS implementation projects
- Gather and define functional and technical requirements
- Design POS workflows (checkout, promotions, payments, inventory, omnichannel flows)
- Configure and support PredictSpring POS solution deployment
- Work on integrations with ERP, OMS, CRM, payment systems, and eCommerce platforms
- Support UAT, training, and go‑live activities
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Retail POS systems (PredictSpring preferred)
- Proven track record in pre‑sales support and client‑facing consulting
- Experience with store operations, POS workflows, and retail processes
- Knowledge of omnichannel retail (click & collect, endless aisle, ship‑from‑store)
- Experience with system integrations (API, middleware, ERP/CRM/OMS)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
