Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner with deep, hands-on Salesforce Core experience to work closely with clients and internal teams on complex Salesforce programmes.
This is a pure Business Analyst / Product Owner role, focused on discovery, requirements, backlog ownership, and solution definition. It is not a delivery leadership, people management, or project management role.
Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, core platform capabilities) is a mandatory requirement and must be a central part of your recent experience.
Key Responsibilities Lead hands-on discovery activities, including workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions
Capture, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Analyse AS-IS processes and define TO-BE Salesforce-driven solutions
Own and maintain the product backlog, working closely with architects and delivery teams
Act as the primary functional owner for Salesforce Core requirements
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT from a BA / PO perspective
Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business intent
Validate solutions against requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
Required Experience & Skills 10+ years\’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
Strong, hands-on Salesforce Core experience (mandatory)
Proven background in Salesforce implementations and enhancements
Deep experience with requirements gathering, user stories, backlog management, AS-IS / TO-BE.
Experience in customer-centric domains (e.g. retail, consumer, hospitality, services)
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills
Nice to Have Exposure to integrations, data, or CRM-adjacent platforms
Experience supporting UAT and change adoption
Business Solution Consultancy (Secondary) Occasional involvement in advisory discussions or early-stage solution shaping
Support for internal knowledge sharing and best practices
