Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce and/or ERP integrations, who can independently lead and deliver complex client engagements. This is a delivery-oriented, client-facing role, suited to someone with a strong mindset, ownership mentality, and the ability to manage technical delivery end to end within a consulting or digital transformation environment.
You will be responsible for owning client delivery, managing cross‑functional technical teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce, ERP, cloud, and system integration projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing delivery independently with minimal supervision.
- Own project scope, planning, milestones, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Manage technical delivery teams including architects, developers, functional consultants, QA, and DevOps.
- Oversee the full SDLC, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Drive Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models based on project needs.
- Manage integrations involving APIs, middleware, and enterprise systems.
- Ensure strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the engagement.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and manage escalations effectively.
- Support solution discussions and provide delivery input during pre‑sales when required.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
Skills & Experience Required
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a service‑based or consulting environment.
- Strong experience delivering Salesforce and/or ERP integration projects.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver client engagements independently.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Salesforce, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands‑on experience managing technical delivery and integration‑heavy programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior and executive‑level clients.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing cross‑functional and multi‑vendor teams.
- Delivery‑focused, resilient, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
