Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of The Orangery Restaurant & all onsite events
• Manage and inspire a dynamic front-of-house team
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across weddings, banquets & receptions
• Support the Catering GM with recruitment, compliance, and reporting
• Oversee stock, staffing and service standards
• Deputise for the GM during absence

What We\’re Looking For

• Experience in restaurant or event management roles
• A passion for hospitality and customer service
• Confidence leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A flexible, hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Previous work in heritage or visitor attractions (desirable)
