Events Porter

We have an exciting new role of Event Porter with us here at Mercedes-Benz World. This role would include the following duties: Setting up rooms and de-rigging rooms for events (often on a daily basis) Moving and lifting heavy tables and chairs Filling water bottles Managing agency porters for larger events Maintaining event storage rooms Keeping stock count of equipment, cutlery, crockery etc Managing linen cleaning contract liaising with equipment rental companies Polishing cutlery and glassware Skills required: Great communication skills Time management Organisational skills This is a casual role and will require flexibility in order to work around event bookings.
