This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends operational leadership with detailed preparation. You will take ownership of weddings from final planning stages through to flawless on-the-day execution, ensuring each celebration reflects the quality, warmth, and premium standards that define Tythe Barn. Working closely with our Venue Director and wider team, you'll ensure every event is not only beautifully delivered, but thoughtfully prepared, aligning logistics, suppliers, timelines and presentation well in advance. This role is ideal for a confident, organised professional who thrives in both planning environments and live event settings, and who takes pride in delivering exceptional weddings week after week.

Act as the primary point of contact for couples, guests, and suppliers on the day. Manage live timelines confidently and troubleshoot discreetly. Deliver a calm, polished, and seamless guest experience.
  • Planning & Coordination: Conduct final planning meetings and support couples in the lead-up to their wedding. Review and refine function sheets, schedules, and event documentation. Coordinate suppliers including caterers, florists, production teams, photographers and bands. Ensure all logistics are aligned and communicated clearly in advance. Oversee set-up plans and styling requirements to ensure premium presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Brief and manage front-of-house and event staff. Lead by example, maintaining high standards and professionalism throughout. Support and collaborate with the wider venue team to ensure consistency.
  • Champion the Brand Experience: Deliver weddings that reflect the Tythe Barn aesthetic and service ethos. Maintain meticulous attention to detail across presentation, flow and atmosphere. Represent the brand with warmth, authority and integrity.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and venue policies. Monitor service quality, guest flow and overall experience. Oversee breakdown and secure handover of event spaces. Provide post-event feedback and insights to senior management.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Essential: Proven experience managing weddings or high-end events independently. Strong event planning and coordination experience.
