- What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the kitchen team to consistently deliver outstanding food quality
- Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop inspiring, seasonal menus
- Managing kitchen operations, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Maintaining top standards of health, safety, and food hygiene
- Supporting event execution from preparation through to service
- Helping develop and motivate a high-performing culinary team
- What We’d Love From You
- Experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen role within fine dining or event catering
- Passion for creativity, quality, and culinary innovation
- Strong leadership with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Level 3 Food Safety qualification and familiarity with procurement systems (CRMS preferred)
- Flexibility to work varied hours and be an integral part of a dynamic team
