We are looking to grow our Back of House and Logistics team this summer event season, with roles available from Kitchen Porter and Logistics Operative to Back of House Supervisors and Managers. Have you got a good understanding of the importance of the behind the scenes work that goes into creating an outstanding event? Have you some experience working within a role such as Kitchen Porter, Stock Control, Cellar Manager or similar? Who You Are

  • You will have experience working within the live events industry, ideally across catering, cultural, and sporting events.
  • A great communicator, who can comfortably liaise with venues, contractors, production partners, and sponsors.
  • The ability to support, or even lead a team to high performance from internal and external delivery teams.
  • Able to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and effective communication with senior leadership, often in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor diverse operational teams.
  • Experience in procurement and management of supplier relationships would be an advantage in more senior roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of health and safety legislation and practices.
  • Understanding the importance of risk assessment and mitigation, including event-specific planning.
