Hours & Shifts: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm on a 1-week rotating basis. Rota includes Bank Holidays. (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Do: As a Recycling Operator, you’ll play a key role in the recycling team, helping to produce high-quality polythene recyclate to support the manufacturing processes. You’ll ensure raw materials are processed efficiently, manage blend changes, perform routine maintenance, and keep everything running smoothly.
