The Role:
- First fix carpentry (structural framing, joists, stud walls)
- Second fix carpentry (doors, skirting, architraves, finishing)
- High-end residential refurbishments and builds
- Working as part of a close-knit on-site team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in first fix, second fix, or both
- Ability to read drawings and work to a high standard
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and professional approach
Salary Guidance (Important):
- £90k–£100k: Experienced carpenters confident in both first and second fix, able to work independently
- £50k–£70k: Carpenters specialising in either first fix or second fix, or still developing
