THE ROLE
Our client is a leading distributor of thermoplastic sheet, rod, and tubing, supplying the fabrication and signage marketplace. Backed by a global manufacturer of acrylics, they offer a stable, well-structured environment with strong long-term opportunities. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Class 2 Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join their Darwen distribution centre. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work, offering a great work-life balance within a supportive and well-run team.
HOURS
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:15 pm (Occasional overtime may apply, although most days finish on time)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete multi-drop deliveries (typically 10-15 drops per day)
- Deliver goods on time and in excellent condition
- Load and secure the vehicle safely and correctly
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers
- Assist with picking and loading goods where required
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or issues promptly
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintenance
