This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established UK market leader in distribution, supplying innovative products into sectors including shopfitting, signage, exhibitions, glazing and interior design. The role combines account management, account growth and proactive new business development. You’ll be responsible for developing existing customer relationships, re-engaging dormant accounts, identifying new opportunities and bringing on new clients across a varied commercial customer base. This position would suit someone commercially minded who enjoys both relationship management and winning new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts
- Develop new business opportunities and win new customers
- Re-engage dormant accounts and identify growth potential
- Upsell and cross-sell products across the customer base
- Proactively follow up on inbound and warm enquiries
- Build strong long-term customer relationships
- Produce quotations and maintain CRM accuracy
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
- Work closely with purchasing and operations to support customer requirements
- Produce clear sales reports and pipeline updates for management
