Nightshift Warehouse Operative – Reach Truck or Counterbalance FLT
Looking for a solid, long-term nightshift role with a company that actually values its team? We’re hiring for a Nightshift Warehouse Operative in Weybridge. Reach Truck or Counterbalance Forklift experience is essential.
The Offer:
- £32,000 - £34,000 basic; discretionary annual bonus (group, branch & personal performance)
- Monday to Thursday nights only – 9:30pm to 7:00am
- Fridays (5pm–11pm) optional and paid as overtime
- Permanent, full-time position
- Christmas shutdown
- Free on-site parking
- A workplace with low staff turnover, a supportive team, and real stability
What You\'ll Be Doing:
- Receive and dispatch goods
- Pick and load customer orders accurately
- Perform stock control and quality checks
- Operate Reach or Counterbalance forklift (essential)
- Follow strict safety procedures to keep the warehouse running smoothly
You Must Have:
- Experience in a busy warehouse environment (high volume/pick rate)
- Valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance Forklift licence
- Night shift experience (or be comfortable working nights)
- No recreational drug use
- Good communication skills and a responsible attitude
- Ideally, knowledge of Schelling cutting saws (training provided if not)
