You will work closely with senior sales leadership, helping to build pipeline within complex mid-market and enterprise organisations, with a clear emphasis on quality over volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Engage and qualify senior decision-makers (C-suite, Finance, IT, Operations)
- Identify genuine ERP buying triggers, including:
- Private equity investment
- M&A activity
- Group or subsidiary structures
- Legacy ERP challenges or upcoming renewal windows
- Company size and turnover
- Industry relevance
- Existing ERP footprint
- Commercial appetite and timing
This role requires commercial judgement and confidence β not scripted or volume-led outreach.
Required Experience
- Minimum 12 months' experience in ERP sales (BDR, SDR, inside sales, or similar)
- Proven success generating opportunities with mid-market or enterprise organisations
- Comfortable engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Experience operating in complex, high-value, long-cycle sales environments
Preferred Background
- Experience within one or more of the following ERP ecosystems:
- IFS
- SAP
- Infor
What This Role Is β and Isnβt
This role is:
- Senior and strategic
- Enterprise-focused
- Quality-driven
This role is not:

You will be expected to hit the ground running.
Whatβs On Offer
- A critical role within a growing ERP-focused consultancy
- Exposure to complex ERP transformation projects
- Direct collaboration with experienced sales and technical leaders
- Uncapped commission and genuine earning potential
