Our client is a growing ERP consultancy and implementation partner delivering enterprise and mid-market transformation projects across the UK. As their project pipeline expands, they are looking for an experienced and commercially aware PMO / Project Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple live ERP implementations running in parallel.
This is not a Project Manager role, and it is not a general office or admin role. It is a specialist PMO position for someone who already understands how project delivery works inside a consultancy or implementation partner, and who can keep multiple live ERP projects accurately tracked, governed and commercially aligned while working alongside experienced Project Managers.
Who this role is for
We are specifically looking for someone who has worked inside an ERP consultancy, software implementation partner or technology transformation consultancy. The strongest candidates will have owned the operational and commercial backbone of live projects: validating timesheets and billing against agreed day rates, tracking resource utilisation across several concurrent engagements, and maintaining portfolio reporting and governance for senior stakeholders. If you understand why utilisation, billing accuracy and project financials matter in a consultancy environment, this role will feel familiar.
What you'll be doing
You'll support multiple ERP Project Managers across live transformation projects, coordinating reporting, governance and administration so nothing slips. You'll track project hours, timelines, budgets and utilisation, and validate timesheet and billing information against agreed project rates so the commercials stay clean. You'll maintain accurate project documentation and delivery records, keep client reporting schedules and touchpoints on track, and help standardise reporting and delivery processes across the portfolio. Above all, you'll work proactively to gather and organise the information Project Managers need before they have to ask for it.
Experience we're looking for
ERP consultancy or implementation partner background is the strongest fit and will be prioritised. We will also consider strong PMO or project coordination experience gained within a technology or transformation consultancy, or in professional services and delivery operations with genuine ERP or technology project exposure. Direct exposure to ERP platforms such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or Infor is a real advantage. The ideal person is highly organised, detail conscious, commercially aware and genuinely comfortable running several projects at once without losing the thread.
What's on offer
A salary of £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, full time and fully remote with flexible working, exposure to enterprise-level ERP transformation programmes, the chance to work closely with experienced ERP delivery professionals, and long-term progression within an ambitious consultancy at an exciting stage of growth. This role suits someone who takes real pride in keeping complex project environments running smoothly and wants to do it inside a consultancy that is genuinely going places.
