The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be at the forefront of outbound prospecting, connecting with key decision‐makers, and creating qualified sales opportunities for the wider sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make 80–100 outbound calls per day, confidently engaging with prospects.
- Use Salesforce, Outreach, and Cognism to identify, sequence, and manage leads.
- Research and target potential clients across various industries.
- Generate and qualify high‐quality meetings for the sales team.
- Work closely with marketing and senior sales colleagues to align outreach strategy.
- Take part in daily huddles and end‐of‐day wrap‐ups to celebrate wins and share learnings.
Commission Structure:
- £50 per qualified, attended meeting (average £400–£600/month; up to £800 for top performers)
- 1.12% of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for every qualified opportunity entering the pipeline
- Uncapped earning potential as the team grows and performance scales
