Warehouse Operative – Nightshift
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary plus discretionary bonus (based on group, branch & individual performance)
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:30 PM – 7:00 AM; Friday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (paid as overtime)
Start Date: ASAP

Our client is a leading distributor of thermoplastic sheet, rod, and tubing to the fabrication and signage industries. Owned by the global leader in acrylic manufacturing, their Weybridge-based distribution team is known for excellence in customer service, support, and operational efficiency. They offer a supportive and professional work environment, free on-site parking, and a Christmas shutdown period. Due to ongoing expansion, they are now seeking a dedicated Nightshift Warehouse Operative to join their growing team.
The Role
As a Nightshift Warehouse Operative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and dispatching goods
- Picking and loading customer orders
- Stock control and organisation
- Performing quality checks
- Following strict health & safety procedures
- Ensuring accurate unloading and correct storage of stock
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a busy, high-volume warehouse environment
- Valid Forklift Licence (Reach Truck experience highly desirable)
- Good communication skills
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Knowledge of Schelling cutting saws is a plus (full training provided)
