A well-established specialist engineering manufacturer is seeking a commercially organised individual to join its sales office team. This is a structured, office-based role focused on managing distributor relationships, coordinating supply lines, and supporting the growth of a defined mechanical product range.
This position would suit someone who has worked within an engineering or manufacturing business and is comfortable around technical terminology but is equally strong administratively and commercially.
The Role
- Managing quotations, pricing and order processing
- Supporting and developing distributor relationships (UK & International)
- Coordinating purchasing and stock with overseas suppliers
- Liaising internally with production and procurement
- Monitoring market activity and competitor trends
- Maintaining CRM, forecasting and reporting
- Supporting technical documentation and marketing information
The role is predominantly office-based (approx. 98%) with occasional trade show attendance.

- Experience within an engineering or manufacturing business
- Comfortable with mechanical terminology and technical specifications
- Organised, detail-oriented and commercially aware
