ERP Sales Executive – Install Base (SAP / Oracle / IFS / Dynamics) ERP Consultancy | Remote (UK-based) | £35,000–£45,000 base + uncapped commission
Important: This role requires experience within ERP or enterprise software environments (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, or similar). Applications without this background are unlikely to be considered.
About the role: Our client is a growing UK ERP consultancy specialising in mid-market and enterprise transformation. Due to sustained growth, they are expanding their commercial team with a specialist Business Development Executive focused exclusively on the existing ERP install base — organisations already running ERP who need to upgrade, optimise, or migrate. This is a specialist ERP sales role focused on engaging organisations already invested in ERP and entering key upgrade or transformation cycles. You will need to understand ERP lifecycle concepts — where an organisation sits in its implementation journey, what drives upgrade decisions, and how to have credible conversations with Finance Directors and IT leaders about their technology roadmap.
What you will be doing:
- Identifying organisations within target ERP platforms who are upgrade or migration candidates
- Initiating outbound contact via phone, LinkedIn, and structured outreach campaigns
- Engaging senior stakeholders (CFO, CIO, IT Director, Head of Finance) in credible ERP lifecycle conversations
- Qualifying commercial opportunity based on lifecycle stage, pain points, and budget
- Booking high-quality discovery meetings for the Sales Director
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM
What we need from you:
- You must have experience working with, selling into, or recruiting within the ERP sector — SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Infor, or equivalent. This is a firm requirement.
- Proven outbound sales or business development track record (B2B, phone-led)
- Ability to hold credible conversations about ERP at a strategic level
- Confident engaging C-suite and senior IT/Finance stakeholders
- Commercially curious — able to identify and qualify opportunity quickly
- Resilient, self-managed, and motivated by target-based reward
What’s on offer:
- £35,000–£45,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission structure
- Fully remote (UK-based)
- Permanent, full-time contract
- Exposure to enterprise-level ERP projects
- Direct access to senior sales leadership
- Clear progression opportunity as the business scales
Additional information: This role is best suited to individuals who enjoy opening doors, building conversations, and identifying commercial opportunities within complex ERP environments. If you have a background in ERP sales or ERP consulting and are looking to move into a high-impact business development role, we would love to hear from you.
