Our client is a leading distributor of thermoplastic sheet, rod, and tubing, supplying the fabrication and signage marketplace. Backed by a global manufacturer of acrylics, they offer a stable, well-structured environment with strong long-term opportunities.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Class 2 Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join their Darwen distribution centre. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work, offering a great work-life balance within a supportive and well-run team.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:15 pm (Occasional overtime may apply, although most days finish on time).
- Complete multi-drop deliveries (typically 10-15 drops per day).
- Assist with picking and loading goods where required.
- Support general warehouse and distribution activities as needed.
Primarily covering the North West, with occasional trips to Scotland (around once or twice per month, involving an overnight stay in a sleeper cab). If overnight travel is not something you would be comfortable with, we still encourage you to apply, as the business may consider alternative arrangements for the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence and CPC qualification.
- Experience driving 18-tonne vehicles in a multi-drop environment.
- Minimum 12 months HGV driving experience.
- Clean driving licence preferred.
