The UK dental implant market is one of the fastest growing areas in medical sales, expanding strongly year on year and forecast to keep climbing. Our client, a globally recognised dental implant manufacturer, is investing in Cardiff and South Wales and looking for a commercially driven Territory Sales Representative to own and grow the region.

  • Base salary £40,000 to £50,000, depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission and performance bonus, earning from day one, with realistic on target earnings of £80,000 to £100,000 (OTE negotiable)

We are looking for an ambitious field sales professional to take ownership of the Cardiff and South Wales territory and drive new business across private dental practices and referral centres. While dental sales experience is an advantage, we are equally keen to speak with exceptional business development people from other sectors who can demonstrate a proven track record of opening new accounts, building long term relationships and consistently delivering.

You will be selling on value, not price, representing innovative, clinically backed products at the top end of the market, where success comes from expertise and relationships rather than discounting.

You will own the Cardiff territory, covering Cardiff and the surrounding South Wales area, including districts such as Cardiff city centre, Cardiff Bay, Newport, Bridgend and the Vale of Glamorgan. This is a field based territory development role focused on generating new business, growing existing relationships and increasing product adoption across the region. The sales process is consultative and complex, covering research and prospecting, rapport building, fact finding, and closing with decision makers. This is not a role for someone solely used to managing inherited accounts. We want people who enjoy prospecting, opening doors and building a territory over time.

  • A proven track record in field based business development or territory sales
  • Experience selling into healthcare, dental, medical, technical or professional environments (advantageous; dental implant experience highly desirable but not essential)
  • Confident building relationships with business owners, clinicians and decision makers
