The business has built a strong reputation for delivering complex ERP implementation and transformation programmes, supporting organisations through upgrades, optimisation initiatives, and strategic change. With increasing market activity around ERP lifecycle transitions and cloud adoption, the company is entering a significant growth phase and expanding its commercial team to capitalise on this momentum.

The Role

This is a proactive outbound business development position focused on engaging organisations already operating ERP systems. You will be responsible for identifying opportunity within the existing ERP install base — opening conversations, understanding lifecycle position, and creating qualified pipeline for the Sales Director to progress. This is not a closing role. This is a high-impact pipeline creation role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying organisations running ERP platforms
  • Initiating outbound contact via phone, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach
  • Engaging senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and IT
  • Understanding ERP lifecycle position and potential upgrade drivers
  • Qualifying commercial opportunity
  • Booking high-quality meetings for the senior sales team
  • Maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline activity

Success in this role comes from persistence, commercial awareness, and the ability to open meaningful conversations.

The Ideal Profile

  • Strong outbound sales, telesales, or business development background
  • Comfortable operating in a proactive, phone-led environment
  • Commercially curious and able to ask intelligent qualifying questions
  • Resilient, driven, and target-oriented
  • Background in technology, IT services, SaaS, ERP, or recruitment advantageous
  • Motivated by commission and performance-based reward

This role suits a commercially hungry individual who enjoys the chase and takes pride in opening doors.

What’s on Offer

  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Fully remote working
  • Exposure to enterprise-level ERP projects
  • Direct access to senior sales leadership
  • Clear opportunity to grow as the business scales
