The Company
Our client is a global manufacturer of premium dental solutions with a strong clinical heritage and a growing footprint across the UK. They are recognised as one of the leading players in the dental implant space – trusted by clinicians for their innovation, product quality, and technical credibility. With a people-first culture, supportive leadership, and a collaborative environment, this company offers an excellent opportunity to join a business where your contribution is valued and your career can progress.
The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, personable professional with experience in customer service and a solid understanding of dental implants or surgical workflows. This hybrid role combines order processing, client support, and technical assistance for clinicians and field reps. You’ll work from the Crawley office three days a week, with two days from home. The position would suit someone who has previously worked for an implant company or distributor – perhaps a former rep, nurse, or product support specialist now seeking a more stable, office-based role that still keeps them connected to the clinical field.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and sales rep enquiries by phone and email
- Process orders and manage delivery queries with accuracy and care
- Provide technical support on implant systems and digital workflows
- Collaborate with field teams to support success in the territory
- Troubleshoot any issues and maintain a high level of service
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and internal colleagues
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support within dental or medical devices
- Knowledge of dental implants, ideally gained in a clinical, sales, or distributor role
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and confidence using internal systems
- A proactive, team-player attitude and professional manner
- Based within commutable distance to Crawley
Why Join?
- Work with a respected implant brand known for clinical quality and innovation
- Join a collaborative, people-focused company with genuine growth opportunities
- Enjoy a hybrid setup with a great balance of office and remote work
- Be part of a close-knit, friendly team where your contribution matters
- Build your career in a stable, growing business with long-term vision
