We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer for our Clients busy Contract Packing team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal if you’re looking to balance work with other commitments, or if you’re a semi-retired or retired engineer who wants to keep your skills active for a few hours per week. What you’ll be doing: * Looking after maintenance and repairs on packing equipment. * Making sure everything meets health & safety and quality standards. * Helping with asset management, spares, and contractor support. * Creating and updating key documents like risk assessments and safe systems of work. * Sharing your technical expertise with the team and supporting training. * Playing a key part in continuous improvement projects. What we’re looking for: Mechanical / electrical qualifications or experience Good understanding of health & safety and quality systems. Project management and problem-solving experience. IT skills (including SAP experience). Great communicator with a practical, “can-do” approach
