What Youll Do:
- Set up and run cut & crease machines
- Inspect dies and adjust machines for best results
- Check quality throughout production
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Support and guide less experienced operators
- Keep your workspace clean and organised
What Were Looking For:
- Great time management and teamwork skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and follow instructions
- Previous experience in a similar role (PMR or manufacturing background)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Cut & Crease machines
- Familiarity with the Avante system
Qualifications:
- Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent
