As part of our specialist Finance recruitment team, you’ll:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your own network of clients and candidates.
- Partner with clients to provide advice, market insights, and tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage a warm desk while driving business development with both existing and new clients.
- Source, headhunt, and attract top Finance talent through adverts, headhunting, marketing, social media, and networking.
- Interview, qualify, and present credible shortlists to clients.
- Ensure compliance checks are completed and maintain engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
