Management Accountant (Maternity Cover) – 12-Month FTC

We’re partnering with a dynamic, international business based in Berkhamsted to recruit a Management Accountant for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, multi-entity organisation with global reach. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis, supporting the finance function across a number of international subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple entities
• Intercompany reconciliations and consolidation reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting support
• Variance analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders
• Supporting year-end audit and statutory accounts preparation
• Continuous improvement of financial controls and processes
• Business partnering with internal teams across international locations

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a management accounting role
• Experience working in a multi-entity and/or international environment
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills
• Proactive, organised and confident in managing deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
