We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Management Accountant or Junior Finance Manager to join a growing finance team within the Creative space. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finalist or fully qualified accountant who is passionate about turning numbers into meaningful insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
We are ideally looking for a candidate with a background within a Creative Agency – advertising, marketing or similar. The role is based in the heart of London, offering flexibility on office days and a superb company culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis and commentary
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Provide financial insights and analysis to senior stakeholders to drive business performance
- Monitor key financial KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Assist with cash flow forecasts and working capital management
- Maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards
- Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Improve and streamline financial processes, reporting tools, and internal controls
- Business partners with operational teams to improve cost awareness and financial understanding
Fully/Newly qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), or equivalent experience. Experience within a Creative environment is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Excellent Excel skills; experience using a large accounting package. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Confident working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
