We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Project Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of a portfolio of landlord-owned properties across London.
This is a hands-on position combining project management, facilities management and building compliance.
You will coordinate contractors, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, monitor project expenditure and ensure properties remain safe, compliant and maintained to a high standard.
The role would suit an experienced Facilities Manager or Project Manager with a strong commercial property or construction background who is comfortable working across both office and site environments.
