- Preparation of monthly management accounts with supporting analysis
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Overseeing daily operations within the finance function
- Supporting the Finance Director with strategic financial planning
- Helping to lead, mentor, and develop junior finance staff
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting standards
- Business partnering with key stakeholders across departments
About You:
- Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/AAT or equivalent) with a view to qualifying
- Experience in a similar management accounting role
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical ability
- Proactive and keen to grow within a dynamic finance environment
