Experienced AP Assistant needed for a 3-month contract with a fast-paced London events business. NetSuite experience essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, thrives on managing the full AP process, and has previous experience using NetSuite. You’ll be joining a collaborative team during an exciting period of growth and activity.

Key Duties

  • Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
  • Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Matching, batching, and coding invoices
  • Preparing and processing payment runs
  • Managing supplier queries and building strong relationships with vendors
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting month-end processes and assisting with accruals where required
  • Maintaining accurate financial records within NetSuite
  • Assisting the wider Finance team with ad hoc duties as needed

Key Skills

  • Previous experience within an Accounts Payable position
  • Strong end-to-end AP knowledge
