We’re looking for an IT Engineer who wants more than just ticket resolution. This is a hands-on, client-facing role supporting a diverse portfolio of London-based businesses across financial services and other high-profile sectors.

As an IT Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of technical issues, work directly with clients, and contribute to infrastructure and cloud projects. Your days will be varied, from resolving complex networking issues remotely to attending on-site visits and delivering client-facing projects across London.

This role offers genuine hybrid working. You’ll typically work 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home. However, as an IT Engineer, you’ll be expected to attend client sites or project work when required.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Owning support issues end to end, from diagnosis through to resolution
  • Troubleshooting complex problems across infrastructure, cloud, networking and end-user environments
  • Delivering client-facing technical projects, from planning through to implementation
  • Providing remote support alongside on-site visits across London and the South East
  • Communicating clearly with clients and managing expectations throughout
  • Balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards and SLAs
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in an IT support or service delivery role, ideally within an MSP
  • Strong Windows and macOS support experience
  • Solid networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and firewall troubleshooting
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365, VMware virtualisation and Veeam backup solutions
  • Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
